The last post about the 'little people' brought about a conversation about photography with a friend and somehow to the point that the Sony NEX 5N had the 'miniaturisation' effect. Somehow I missed it.
What a world of fun this effect is, it creates a vertical or horizontal focal band within the image and around it, it slightly blurs the image. It also adds some colour intensity which helps create these really colour rich and striking images with a really clear focal point which draws the eye while lengthening the image to create a really nice effect. Like the world is miniaturised.
Can't wait to explore this a little more and get a few more shots away.
